Meaters of Marlborough extension in Marlborough
Marlborough Building Services was honored to be chosen by Mike Newman, the owner of Marlborough’s busiest butcher and a well-known figure in the community, to project manage and construct a chiller extension for his business.
The existing chiller was far too small, so our team knocked out a concrete-filled block wall that supported a concrete floor above and installed a new steel portal to support it. We then built the new extension out towards the carpark, maintaining a tight site to ensure customers could still park and access the store safely. With full project management, our team completed the chiller extension on time and under budget.
