Current project in Marlborough
Marlborough Building Services is in the process of transforming an existing concrete and block building into a highly anticipated restaurant and bar. The project, which is expected to be completed later this year, began with the installation of a new roof. Our team is currently working on a complete fitout of the commercial kitchen and bar, including all new plumbing, drainage, and electrical systems.
The space will feature a unique S1 fire-rated birch ply ceiling with negative detail, adding to the restaurant’s ambiance. We are also extending the mezzanine seating area, installing new bathrooms, a fire system, and a steel portal to support the mezzanine floor. As the project progresses, new entry doors will be added, creating an inviting and functional space for patrons to enjoy. Stay tuned for this exciting new addition to the Marlborough dining scene.
