Waters Ave – Full internal Renovation in Marlborough
This 1960s-era home in Waters Ave had seen a few extensions over the years but was in need of a significant update. Marlborough Building Services took on the renovation project, which was completed in three phases.
Starting with the ensuite, we expanded our work to include the bathroom, laundry, lounge, and second lounge/entertaining area. The project then progressed to the kitchen, dining room, hallway, and bedrooms. Our team relined and insulated 80% of the house and installed new fixtures and coverings throughout. With full project management, we ensured all scheduled work was completed by the agreed-upon dates.
