Salvation Army in Marlborough
Marlborough Building Services took on the ambitious project of recladding 7 tenanted dwellings for the Salvation Army. This complete reclad involved removing the existing hardies lining, reinsulating, wrapping, framing where required, and installing a new Paliside weatherboard system and external joinery.
The biggest challenge was completing the work while tenants were living in the units. Our team’s efficient and considerate approach allowed us to finish the project before the due date, leaving all tenants delighted with the outcome.
