A project management schedule is issued to you the homeowner, the building team and the subcontractors to ensure your build runs smoothly, keeping everything on time and on budget. You are also updated frequently on every stage of the project so you are fully kept in the loop.

INFORMATION PACK
At the end of your build, you will receive a completion pack containing information about products and subcontractors involved with your project, along with all the guarantees, producer statements and council documentation for your home. So going forward, you will have all the information you need in one place.

As well as our MBS personal guarantee, because you’re building with a New Zealand Certified Builder, you automatically qualify to apply for NZ’s most comprehensive 10 year guarantee.
